LOVES PARK (Illinois) Fire and Police responded to a Motor Vehicle Crash involving a mini-van and a school bus. Firefighters used hydraulic tools to free the driver from the van. The driver was air lifted, via helicopter, to the hospital. There were no children on the school bus.

Rockford (Illinois) Firefighters use air bags to lift this truck off a car that crashed into the side of the truck and lodged under the frame. Two young girls were trapped in the front seat. Firefighters cut off the roof of the car to remove the girls. MVC occurred at 12th Street and 7th Avenue around 2:30pm.

Firefighters from Cherry Valley (Illinois) Fire Protection District quickly knocked down fire in the laundry room of Great Oakes apartments on Linden Road. Fire started around 10:30am.
